Underdeveloped or absent clavicles (collarbones ).

Results in narrow/sloping shoulders, especially close together in the front of body

Delayed closing of fontanels (gaps in the skull).

Affected people tend to be 3 to 6 inches shorter than family members,
Tapered fingers and broad thumbs, short forearms, flat feet, knock knees, scoliosis (curved spine)
Wide short skull, prominent forehead, wide-set eyes. Flat nose and small upper jaw.

Decreased bone density (osteopororsis). Brittle bones, tend to fracture.

Delayed loss of baby teeth and delayed appearance of adult teeth.

Unusual shaped teeth, misalignment of teeth and jaws, extra teeth and cyst in gums

Hearing loss and prone to sinus/ear infections.

Young children have mildly delayed development of motor skills such as crawling and walking but intelligence is unaffected.
