Qn. 1. What is the biggest barrier between you and full honesty in your journaling?
Ans.
1) Pride, shame and the need to appear strong.
Not showing any weakness is well and good in the animal kingdom, however the next step in human beings being able to take the next step above animals is our ability to rely on each other strengths, which also means showing weakness. This allows human beings to respond to those who show a need. The response to a need could come in the form of but is not limited to encouragement, financial support, sustenance, advice or a job.
This is how a village raises a child.
