justice through strength, peace through war

A notion such as justice require power to be enforced.

In order to enforce the ideals of obedience, reverence, discipline, self-respect and all that tends towards true Christian manliness, one must have the strength.

Therein lies the question, what is strength?

On a national level, strength is seen in national defense; 1. military 2. economic 3. social/cultural

From a perspective of integrity, strength can seen from a person who has the high moral ground.

In politics, perhaps strength would be the ability of persuasion, charisma and charm.

With the end of conventional warfare and the dark age of conflict, the emphasis on physical strength and speed has declined. However, training the body has the added advantage of increased blood flow for mental dexterity as well as health and wellness. This would improve one's mood and increase charisma.
