What do I like, and not like
(Cont'd from last post)
And while this idea of reaching a thousand posts is fresh in my mind, i'll list the things that make me smile, and thus reveal the squinty eyed window to my soul.
1. Winning the lottery (oh gosh, I do like money too much as a favorite thing to have plenty of)
2. My honey bunny who is so sweet to me, she has been making me smile for a while now. (And since she's probably one of the very few to read this blog, I should mention how dear she is to my heart and when i'm on night shift, it pains me to be apart)
3. Harassing my honey when I get home from night shift in the morning. It annoys her I know, but I can't stop smiling to my darling.
4. Seeing friends and family. And food. At the same time. Since the way to a man's heart is through his stomach, meeting in laws should always be done with food to remind us we love one another. And food.
5. Chess. And Dota 2, and league of legends, and just about any HD mmorpg designed after 2012.
6. Running long distance. I don't like weights, i.e. resistance training
7. Comic books, manga, anime, just about any syndicated comic that has more than 50k followers. Also, stephen colbert's late show, it's something of an acquired taste after my college room mates introduced his colbert report to me. It was a happy coincidence my honey is also into middle earth lore, and star trek,...
8. Discussing deep theological ideas without getting upset. Also, the number 8, and 9, and 17, and 86, 88, 89, and 888.
9. Soulful music
10. Computers. In general. To work with, and for entertainment.
Things I am not fond of;
1. Extremely spicy food that hurts, they make me face red, more blood flows to my head and I feel a building rage. Maybe that's why my dad who likes spicy food has an almost permanent bad temper.
2. Being wrong. And then being corrected. So I learn to control myself from correcting others.
3. The number 13. And con men. And the number 4.
4. Jokes in poor taste. So I should stop cracking all my poor taste jokes.
5. A hot and dusty day at work. But I like the money I make there. O woe is me.
